Lane: Primarily operating within your home-base province and periodically in other Prairie Provinces (MB, SK, AB). Loads will start/end from your home terminal.
Average Mileage: 6,000 - 8,000 miles per month
Schedule: Drivers can expect to work either Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday depending on home terminal, as well as 1 in 4 weekends. During this time, you may be required to sleep in the truck 2-4 nights.
Pay Information: In the first year, drivers can expect to earn between $65,000-$75,000 (based on real fleet averages) with lots of room for growth from there.
Experience: We hire both new and experienced drivers on this fleet. We provide animal handling training for all drivers joining our fleet.
Operate across Canada. Primarily within the region of Alberta to Quebec. US Qualified drivers may also operate in the Midwest US.
Average Mileage: Drivers can expect 7,000 - 9,000 miles per month
Schedule: On the road for up to 14-nights in a row. On longer loads, resets may be required on the road but most resets happen at home. Regional work is assigned between longer loads.
Pay is made up of mileage rates plus additional flat rates for load required wash, trailer conversion, load required layovers, fuel surcharge, etc.

Brandon, MB: $3.06/mile
Red Deer, AB: $3.10/mile
Tractor age: Preferably 10 years old or newer. Exceptions will be made if trucks are well-maintained. Must be able to run an ELD.

Weight: Max 20,000 lbs when full of fuel
Front bumper: Min 6" ground clearance
Emissions System: Cannot be deleted
