Pay Information
Our pay scale includes a variety of items including mileage pay, loading/unloading, scraping, wait time, etc.
In the first year, drivers can expect to earn between $65,000-$75,000 with lots of room for growth from there
Fleet Information
Lane: Operating primarily within your home-base province and periodically in other Prairie Provinces (MB, SK, AB). Loads will start/end from your home terminal.
Average Mileage: Drivers can expect 6,000-8,000 miles per month.
Schedule: Drivers can expect to work either Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday depending on home terminal as well as 1 in 4 weekends. During this time, you may be required to sleep in the truck 2-4 nights.
Commodities: We primarily haul hogs but you may also haul cattle, bison or sheep.
Training Information
We provide in-cab training for all new hires. Training is a mix of focusing on driving habits and animal handling techniques.
Training is paid at full mileage rates.
